I suppose I better start of with some information on who I am and why I'm doing this.
I had a pretty horrific experience back when I was roughly 15 which started of as a strange dream about the end of the world. At that time i believed it was a dream and I thought it was a really good idea for a book but as time passed my distinctions on what was real blurred quite a lot. There is a wealth of occult knowlege online if you're willing to look for it and I would say that 90% is utter shite but what allways gets me is that after reading lots of different people or writings claiming to have 'the truth' I started to notice that they all follow a certain pattern which lead me to look for what is similar between these writings and I set out to understand just that.
Right now I wont go too deeply into my beleifs (or I'll just end up writing one of the utter shite articles) as reality (or unreality) is changed once it is perceived and the more you explain it the further away from the truth it gets.
I've had some mixed success with rituals in the past but now I feel I have more of a scientific approach to it. I dont beleive in god or spirits I beleive that once you get to a certain level of understanding that all those beleifs become irrelevant.
The first of my experiments is one I have tried to complete many times (and failed) and it involves not masturbating. Now your probably thinking what a weird thing to say but its a very hard thing to do and I could easily guess that 99.999999999% of all men on the planet who ever started will find that once they pop they just can't stop. A lot of cultures pertain this act as to a release of energy and a lot of rituals involve masturbation or sex as an energy release.
So if we are releasing energy then surely by not masturbating it would build up? As a hypnotist I understand that one of the key elements of being able to influence somebody is to able to become totally syncapated with that person. I beleive that cultures in the past would call this act telepathy or mind controll but my explanation exists as this (what you will tend to find is that I tend to beleive the proof and the scientific disproof at the same time feeling that both should prove each other right not each other wrong.)
Synchronicity
Scientific: Once you get locked into another persons timing subliminaly that person will notice and pick up on this feeling of sameness. Examples of this include when you are sitting next to someone you want to seduce you give them that tiny microscopic nudge and if they give it back you know you're in there. Also once you are locked into that persons timing by controlling your emotional state and your own emotions you can lead the person into feeling the same way as they mirror your breathing. Eg. When I change my emotional state to one of a sexual kind my breathing with become deeper as the other person is allready locked into my timing I lead them into this state thus they feel the emotions I feel also.
Mystic: Controlling your emotional state is very much a trained skill you learn through meditation or mastering your chakras. They way the above method feels internaly is very much a rush of emotional energy and to fully get locked in you have to will the other person to feel what you are feeling. One could assume I am sending her energy but I beleive that we are simply communicating on a higher level but for it to work you really have to give into to feeling.
I beleive that an understanding of both explanations is paramount to mastering it. I discovered I could do this after receiving reiki from a spiritual healer at a 'Medium' night at the local town hall. I found the medium's were fruads as they singled me out and told me a lot of crap I just agree'd with just to see how far they would go. The use of yes laddering (asking you questions that continualy force you to answer yes over and over again so that when they ask you something you do not beleive your mind is in a loop and before you can think you've allready say yes and to say no would only cause embarrassment in front of the crowd and the mediums rely on this) and vague descriptions which are easily changed ie. I can see a painting... no?... oh I mean painting a room.
The spiritual healer was up the back and I thought to myself I had to try it out. They reiki simply involved the man saying "you might feel a little bit of heat" (its easy to imagine heat), holding his hands slightly above my head (lightly brushing my hair) and breathing in time with me. I was determined to find out his trick but to say the least the experience was extremely overpowering and I have no doubt in my mind that the man could do something I could not replicate easily.
When I sat back down I felt like my energies were supercharged and that's when I noticed I could almost feel the energies of the woman beside me. (maybe I was in a heightened mental state as who is to say that my observations and syncopation would not have a physical feeling feedback to my brain?) Needless to say I made that woman very uncomfortable in her seat as she felt the beginning stages of an orgasm (but I'm sure she loved it). I also found when talking to her she gave me that little 'puppy dog eyes' look.
As the hours passed (I noticed the effects dropped massively once I smoked a cigarette) the feeling began to fade but I never lost the ability of synchronicity I only lost the energy I once had.
So I'm setting out to find out (as scientificaly as I can) to find out can I enhance this or get some 'real' results other than what may just be in my head.
So this is day 2 of no masturbating and I must say its pretty hard. Also as I'm building up energy I am going to focus it on a certain girl in my life I have had a pretty major falling out with (she won't talk to me) to see if I can make her contact me.
As for reality I have my own theory on why so many people have had positive experiences but as soon as it is brought into a scientific environment that it never works.
I call it the Law of contradiction
The premise is that in quantum physics the act of perceiving something changes what it is. I find that quantum physics is a good meter to understanding spiritualistic sciences (as I've spent the last 3 years researching and comparing the two to prove this theory but I'll get onto that in another post as it's really Loooooooooong). Understanding that I guess you could say that if a person beleives it's magical it will be as there is nobody to say otherwise but I have some more experiments that I'll post on here to prove to people how this works but I'll leave it to fate to when this happens as I dont really want to force anyone to read this. I'll just make it available and if you find it I hope I can help with what you're looking for.
